With the increase in film and television production that Wales has seen in recent years, South Wales has become the focus, especially around Cardiff – with Wolf Studios Wales, Great Point—Seren Stiwdios and Enfys. Further west along the M4, Dragon Studios has also been used for a number of high-profile US productions, including the Disney+ series Willow and NBCUniversal’s Brave New World.
Aria Studios on Anglesey is a brand new facility now offering high-spec studio space to productions filming in North Wales.
There are also numerous large, disused industrial sites throughout Wales that can be adapted for use as studio space.
