Financial Support
After setting up in Wales the support doesn't end there. Businesses headquartered in Wales can access additional support through our Development Funding. The fund offers up to £35,000 for studios producing games and immersive content to develop concepts to a level where they can pitch to investors for commercial investment.
For more established studios, our Production Funding can provide up to £500,000 (this figure is based on the total amount of money spent in Wales, for example employing Wales-based freelancers, services and suppliers) The fund is also available to businesses located outside of Wales, with higher levels of funding available to businesses prepared to establish a permanent base in the country.
